Ken is a certified online facilitator, and led a company of several thousand salespeople through the transition to virtual sales.  Virtual sales is indeed a different animal, but likely will become the standard moving forward.  It is imperative to understand the differences and embrace the technologies that are available.

No, I do virtual as well. Most people struggle with long virtual sessions so at times it is best to break up a module over several days.
